The office of the Upazila Youth Development Officer in Bhairab Upazila is located at North-West Prametm of Upazila Parishad Chattar. This three-room office of Tinsed was established on 01/01/1995 AD. A total of six officers including the present Upazila Youth Development Officer were working in this upazila for different terms.
Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 to 35 and young women are imparted skill-based training in various fields through this office. In addition, the main work of this office is to motivate the youth for self-employment and to distribute youth loans.
