01। a)

Training related:

2 months 15 days training course on Livestock, Poultry, First Aid, Fisheries and Agriculture (Residential)
Applications are sent to the Upazila office for acceptance and training as per the date and time indicated in the notification issued from the office of the Director General / Deputy Director.
(18-35) Unemployed youth and young women interested in minimum 8th class pass training. Admission fee is 100 / = (one hundred) rupees and training allowance is given to each person at the rate of 1200 / = (one thousand two hundred) taka per month.

07-10 days mobile training courses in 41 different trades (non-residential and informal) as per the demand of the area including agriculture, fisheries, animal husbandry, small and cottage industries.
In the light of the annual target given to the Upazila Office by the Office of the Director General / Deputy Director, the Upazila Office receives notifications and applications for conducting 01 batch (30 persons) almost every month to meet the target.

(18-35) Unemployed youth and young women interested in minimum 5th class pass training at the age of 18 years will apply to the Upazila office as per the date directed by the Upazila office. There is no course fee for that training.

02। a)

Debt:

Under the loan program, single loans are provided to youths trained in institutional and non-formal courses. Loans ranging from a minimum of tk 10,000 / = to a maximum of tk 50,000 / = in institutional trades and from tk 5,000 / = to tk 25,000 / = in informal trades.
07-30 days after submission of application on white paper in a trained youth upazila office. (Note that the loan period may vary if there is no budget or the required balance in the revolving fund)
If a trained youth or a young woman submits her application after inspecting her project and is selected as per the conditions given in the policy, she is given 01 prescribed application form for tk.After submitting the form to the Upazila office along with the required documents, it is examined and submitted to the District Youth Loan Approval Committee with recommendations if it is formal and to the Upazila Youth Loan Approval Committee if it is informal. Approved loan accounts are disbursed from the upazila office through payee checks.

Other activities related to:

Youth organizations are listed for the development of youth leadership.
07-10 days after the youth organization submits the application form on white paper to the upazila office.
In the context of the application submitted by the youth organization, if the organization is inspected and selected in accordance with the terms of the policy, the organization is given the form prescribed by the department. After that, the application submitted along with all the papers was examined by the Upazila Youth Development Officer and sent to the district office with recommendations. The district office re-registered the list for examination.

b)

Grants from the Youth Welfare Fund or underdevelopment sector are provided by the Department to the non-governmental voluntary youth organizations for the socio-economic development of the country.
Applications are accepted at the Upazila office as per the date indicated in the notification issued from the office of the Ministry of Youth and Sports / Director General.
After submitting the application form to the upazila office in the prescribed form subject to fulfillment of conditions in the light of the policy by the youth organization, the upazila office verifies the selected applications and sends them to the district office with the recommendation of the Upazila Upazila Executive Officer. After that the district office sent the re-examination to the head office of the department with the recommendation of the deputy commissioner. Later, grants are given to the organization from the head office of the ministry or department depending on the field.
